How does your shipping work?

We know how important it is to get your order fast and safe:
☆ We use exclusive MBeauty Boxes (which are lovely, by the way!)
☆ Our shipping Carrier is USPS
☆ Our Flat Rate in U.S.A is $6.90 & we offer FREE SHIPPING in all $65+ orders
☆ At the moment we are only shipping internationally to Canada

When will my order arrive?

We are an independent family brand and we do our best to ship as fast as we can!
☆ Orders are processes & shipped within 3-5 business days
☆ Orders should arrive to your home within 5-7 business days

 

Where is my order confirmation?

We sent to your email address as soon as you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@marielabagnato.com just in case. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been sent there.

Can I alter my order?

Yes, you can! but be quick so we don't ship it before you contact us.

What countries do you ship to?

To be able to provide the best customer experience for our community, we are only shipping to USA & Canada.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@yourstorename.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

How much is shipping?

☆ Our Flat Rate in U.S.A is $6.90 & we offer FREE SHIPPING in all $65+ orders
☆ Shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. We ship with USPS and Canadian Mail partners

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders include tracking number with USPS.

You will receive an email when we ship your order with the tracking number. You can always contact us if you have questions at  hello@marielabagnato.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been sent there.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We will replace it for you, just contact us hello@marielabagnato.com 

Can I return my purchase?

Since Beauty is a personal product and we only sell new/unused products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final

We invite you to shop confidently at MBeauty, we will make sure that your products get to you in perfect conditions.

Payments are fast and secure at our store and app. All of them are processesed with Shopify Payments

☆ Klarna is available at checkout to shop now and pay later
☆ Affirm is available using the shop app
☆ MBeauty does not store financial information

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of a cancelation. You will receive a confirmation email asap.
Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

You can catch Mariela doing an Instagram Live with a free makeup tutorial and meet our MBeauty Stars community every saturday night around 7 p.m Miami time.

Who or What are Nemo and Lanzi?

Nemo is a german shepherd and chow mix. He is MBeauty's official mascot and he runs customer support for the brand.

Lanzi is Mariela's extraordinary, phenomenal & fantastic husband (he's writing this now)
