Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

After shipment, orders are expected to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Please, take into considerations delays that may occur in the mail and with weather conditions.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

For the USA, Marielabagnato.com offers a flat rate shipping fee of $6.90. Every order of $65 or more has FREE SHIPPING.

Orders will be shipped by USPS first class package with tracking service in most cases or using other carriers in certain particular situations as the company sees fit in order to provide the best possible service.

Please consider that due to Covid-19  there could be delays in your shipping

International Shipping

MBeauty is only offering international shipping to CANADA at the moment. Price will be calculated at checkout and orders are shipped with USPS and Canadian mail partners

Once international shipping returns to other countries, we ship using DHL or USPS and USPS partners. Fees will be applied according to customer selection at checkout.

The company is not responsible of lost or damaged items during international transit.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Marielabagnato.com is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Damages

Marielabagnato.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. MBeauty LLC will do its best to resolve any issue on a case by case basis.

USPS requires ID to pick up packages from their locations. We will not refund any order that is marked as picked up.
